We enjoyed our stay at this Princeville property very much. The views from the dining room and lanai of the mountains were fantastic. The pool is great, though a bit disconnected from the house – you can’t be inside and keep an eye on it exactly, which is a very minor inconvenience in exchange for the luxurious privacy. The location is great, very close to Hanalei. Probably something we appreciated the most was the well equipped garage of beach supplies – great quality chairs, umbrella, everything you could possibly need. Very minor quibble – wish there were more tall water glasses, but otherwise kitchen very well equipped for at home dining. Unrelated to the property, but Princeville can be a bit overly-exclusive – they make accessing the nearest beaches very challenging, but you can do it by foot once you figure it out. Overall an excellent stay at a very nice house.
