We loved our condo! Vacasa did a good job with communication except in the beginning when I first booked and no one replied to my questions about the condo. Not as personal as some other renters who didn’t have a management company which was was a little concerning but later when trip came closer and all payments received, communication was better when I reached out and customer service was good. The unit itself was awesome! View was spectacular! Loved the small complimentary “welcome” insulated bag that was provided when we arrived with snacks inside. We used that bag every day on our daily road trips. Everything was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed to cook a meal or breakfast but what we appreciated was providing us with 2 nice packable Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrellas. We used that quite a bit as well. Boogie boards and flippers provided as well. It was convenient to have laundry room down the hall across from elevator on each floor that was about $2.50 each for washer and dryer which accepted credit card. AC unit in bedroom worked extremely well and the one in kitchen was good too but since had larger room to cool wasn’t as cold but still very nice and comfortable. Front desk were helpful as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Book it… you won’t regret it!
Keep in mind renovations were in progress during our stay in units in 5th and 6th floors so expect to hear some noise during weekday
