Because of my husband’s disability, I needed a rental in which sitting on the lanai was almost as much fun as anything we could do “out and about”, and this unit fit the bill. The lanai was roomy for the two of us, shaded for 99% of the day, directly above the surf (loud, but we liked it), and best of all, looked out over whale watching territory. For the inside of the unit, the king bed was very comfortable and fans in the bedroom and living room (plus the breeze) kept us cool. The kitchen was adequate – we do almost all of our meals “in”. We would definitely return to Valley Isle.
