Had beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, and everything a kitchen used. Washer and dryer were a huge plus as well. Parking was extremely easy and plentiful.…

Prior reviews indicated noise from upstairs. Floors are definitely thin and you can hear footsteps, but it wasn't distrubing, especially during the evenings and mornings.
